Your Coach, Gray Caws

Gray specialises in functional movement, running technique, and breathwork.

As a seasoned coach, he has helped runners of all levels improve efficiency, avoid injury, and enjoy training.

Gray has combined his knowledge, skill, and teaching practice to create this principle-centred programme to help you be a better, more powerful runner.

He holds regular movement and breath work online and in-person workshops as well as 121 coaching, bi-weekly online morning classes and worldwide adventure holidays and retreats. 

He is a Master Oxygen Advantage Coach, Buteyko Practitioner, and Specialist Personal Trainer.

Gray is currently studying Qigong and Tao Yin with Lee Holden.
