Without good functional breathing you will never reach your full potential training. Lose control of the breath and you'll lose control of movement. That's why this programme is unique in that it starts with the foundations of functional breathing before you even take a step.
This workshop is not a technique class where I will give you instructions of how to run but rather I will guide you through practices to regulate your breathing and strengthen the structure of your body in order to allow ease of movement, flow of energy, and power with each step you take.
The programme takes a principle-centred approach. You'll practice a combination of breathwork, balance, and flow exercises. You'll work on visualisations and intentions to make your training more focused and enjoyable.
At the end of the programme you'll have an understanding and awareness of the key principles that form the foundations of efficient movement and breath.
You'll be more focused and relaxed as you head out for each run. You'll feel easeful flow of movement combined with strength and power. You'll be more efficient with less risk of getting injured.

As a seasoned coach, he has helped runners of all levels improve efficiency, avoid injury, and enjoy training. Gray has combined his knowledge, skill, and teaching practice to create this principle-centred programme to help you be a better, more powerful runner.
He holds regular movement and breath work online and in-person workshops as well as 121 coaching, bi-weekly online morning classes and worldwide adventure holidays.
He is a Master Oxygen Advantage Coach, Buteyko Practitioner, and Specialist Personal Trainer.
Gray is currently studying Qi Gong and Tao Yin with Lee Holden and has trained as a master with Patrick McKeown (Oxygen Advantage) and Danny Dreyer (ChiRunning).SIGN UP
