I am really enjoying both classes. Both beneficial to overall wellbeing and are helping me with my running. I also found the breathework helped me manage stress levels a bit better during lockdown when my neighbours were being exceptionally noisy! I would highly recommend to friends and will try giving them another gentle push to try them out. I follow both of your classes every week. With so many aspects of ‘life’ reduced it is vital for me to follow your work to maintain movement flexibility and some strength to keep me safe. I am really grateful for the opportunity to share in these sessions ... All the breath and balance exercises encourage natural unforced breathing, gentle resistance, strengthening muscles without the lactic acid, and encouraging balance and stillness – balance, for me, being the most challenging.
