Breathe Light, Stride With Power, Run With Ease

A specialist course improving running through the breath.

Join our principle-centred 3-week course combining breathwork, biomechanics, and intentional practice.

Delivered by Master Oxygen Advantage Coach, Gray Caws

All you need is access to a computer and some indoor space around you to practice balance and breathing. You'll get homework for outdoor practice and video analysis.

You'll learn:

  • to run with ease following the breath
  • Oxygen Advantage practices
  • postural structure, balance and flow exercises
  • every-day functional breathing practice
  • how to engage elastic energy to increase power through relaxation
  • mental focus and body awareness
  • how to analysis your form through video
